Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Parmod Kumar and WEBOO DIGITAL. We strive to provide high-quality consulting, coaching, digital marketing, AI automation, and related digital services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service order within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that work on the project has not commenced.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, coaching, and customized solutions, refunds are generally not available once the service has been initiated, delivered, or scheduled.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment charged but service cannot be delivered by our team.
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Consulting & Coaching Sessions

Payments made for consultation calls, mentoring sessions, coaching programs, workshops, webinars, or training sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or conducted.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability and prior notice.

4. Digital Marketing & Automation Services

For services such as:

• AI Automation Setup
• Lead Generation Systems
• Funnel Development
• Website Development
• Marketing Campaign Setup
• Business Growth Consulting

No refunds will be issued after project work has started, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been shared.

5. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
